Chase McGowen Medical Assistance Fund
As
a family we have borne the weight of Chase's medical expenses through
insurance, extreme budgeting, and the charity of friends, family and strangers.
We are deeply touched and eternally grateful for the help and outpouring
of love we have received.
Due to the
extensive medical bills that he has generated during his life, Chase will
exceed his lifetime medical cap during the transplant process. It is estimated
that costs for the transplant and post-surgery care will generate medical
bills in excess of $800,000 over what insurance will cover.

is to help raise funds for transplant and catastrophic injury patients
by providing families and communities with:
